What we collect
This site is a publication-and-contact surface for B. Bailey Land Advisors. We collect information only when you give it to us through the contact form. That form asks for your name, email address, inquiry type, an optional phone number, and a message. We collect nothing else from you directly.
Our hosting provider (Vercel) logs standard request metadata for every visit: IP address, browser type, page requested, referring URL, and timestamp. Vercel retains this data for approximately thirty days. We do not access these logs except to diagnose technical problems.
The site does not set cookies. The site does not run analytics or tracking pixels at this time. If we add analytics later, we will use a privacy-respecting platform (Plausible or similar) that does not set cookies or fingerprint visitors, and we will update this page first.
Pages load typography from Google Fonts via Google's CDN. Google may log the IP address of font requests as part of normal CDN operation. This is the same behavior as the vast majority of websites that use web fonts.
What happens to your contact form submission
Contact form submissions are processed by a Google Apps Script in Bryan Bailey's Google Workspace and delivered as email to bryan@bbaileylandadvisors.com. No third-party form vendor sits in the middle. No CRM ingests the data automatically. When Bryan responds, the response uses the reply-to address you provided.
If SMS notifications are enabled for the form, a brief alert is sent to Bryan's personal cell number via Twilio. The alert includes your name, email, and inquiry type so Bryan knows to check the inbox promptly. The full message body is not sent over SMS.
We do not sell, share, or transfer your contact information to third parties. We do not add submitters to a mailing list without their explicit opt-in. If you ask us to delete your prior submissions, we will delete the corresponding email and any derivative records.
Who has access to your data
Bryan Bailey is the only person with access to the bryan@bbaileylandadvisors.com inbox. The Google Apps Script that processes the form runs under that same account.
Service providers involved in routine operation include Vercel (web hosting), Google Workspace (email and Apps Script), Namecheap (domain registrar), and Twilio (SMS, if enabled). Each of these providers has its own privacy practices governed by its own privacy policy.
Your choices
You can request a copy of any information we have about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Email bryan@bbaileylandadvisors.com with the request. We will respond within a reasonable window, typically a few business days.
You can choose not to provide a phone number on the contact form. The field is optional.
You can reach Bryan directly by plain email at bryan@bbaileylandadvisors.com without using the contact form if you prefer not to fill out a structured form.
Children
This site is not directed at children under thirteen and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone in that age group.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page whenever the actual practice changes. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be flagged in a brief note when they happen.
