B. Bailey Land Advisors is the personal advisory brand of Bryan E. Bailey, a licensed Texas real estate sales agent sponsored by Capitol Ranch Real Estate, LLC. The site publishes analytical writing on Texas land, documents the six-layer site analysis method, and provides a contact path for buyer, seller, advisory, and collaboration inquiries.
Brokerage services are provided through Capitol Ranch Real Estate, LLC. All licensed real estate activity is conducted under that sponsorship per Texas Real Estate Commission Rule 535.155, which requires disclosure of the broker of record on every advertising surface where a sales agent is identified.
